Synalar Uses
Synalar is used to reduce itching, redness, and swelling associated with many skin conditions.
How is Synalar Taken?
Apply a small amount of Synalar to the affected area. Gently rub Synalar in until it is evenly distributed. Wash your hands after applying Synalar, unless your hands are part of treated area. Do not bandage or wrap the affected area unless directed otherwise by your doctor.
Synalar Warnings/Precautions
If your condition shows no signs of improvement or becomes worse within a few days, check with your doctor. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use Synalar longer than the time prescribed. Tell your doctor if you are breast-feeding before taking Synalar.
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of Synalar, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next application, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.
Possible Side Effects
Some of the side effects you may experience include: skin thinning and discoloration, itching, burning, redness, or swelling not present before using Synalar.
Storage
Store Synalar at room temperature, away from heat and light. Keep out of the reach of children.
Synalar Overdose
Synalar may be harmful if swallowed. Seek emergency medical attention if an overdose is suspected.
